Is the in-home consultation really free?
Yes — completely free, with absolutely no obligation to buy. We bring all our samples, measure your windows, and provide a detailed quote. If you choose not to proceed, that's completely fine.
What areas do you cover for in-home visits?
We cover all of the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, and surrounding areas.
How long does an in-home consultation take?
Usually 45–90 minutes depending on the number of windows and how many rooms you'd like to discuss. There's no rush — we take the time to get it right.
Can I book evenings or weekends?
Yes. We're available Monday through Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 10am–5pm, and Sunday 11am–4pm. Evening appointments can sometimes be arranged — ask when booking.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes — we offer video consultations for customers who prefer it. Our decorator can view your windows on screen and provide advice and pricing, though in-person is always better for fabric selection.
