Window Coverings for Triple Crown Estates (King City)
If you’ve just taken possession at Triple Crown Estates, you’re likely standing in beautiful rooms with completely bare windows. Crazy Joe’s makes custom, made-to-measure blinds and drapery for Triple Crown Estates at King City in King City — measured, manufactured and installed for your exact suites.
With estate singles with grand two-storey foyer and great-room windows, Triple Crown Estates (a Greenpark Group development) needs coverings cut to the exact opening rather than trimmed from a box.
What works best at Triple Crown Estates
We treat the whole house as one project — grand drapery on the great-room and foyer windows, practical blinds in the everyday rooms, and motorization on anything above easy reach, so it all matches and all works from a single controller.
Built for a new custom home
New builds settle, and trades are often still finishing when you move in. We measure precisely, work around your builder’s schedule, and can phase the install — principal rooms first, secondary rooms once you’ve lived in the light for a few weeks — so every window is dressed correctly rather than rushed.

Questions from Triple Crown Estates homeowners
Do you cover the two-storey and great-room windows at Triple Crown Estates?
Yes. Large-scale and hard-to-reach windows are exactly what we specialise in, using motorized drapery and shades sized to the opening.
Can you coordinate window coverings for the whole house?
Absolutely — we plan the entire home in one measure so drapery, blinds and shades coordinate room to room, and we can phase the install if you prefer.
Do you offer in-home consultations for new homes in King City?
